Centrally located in the cultural city of Weimar we offer student accommodation and rooms for young tenants in our buildings Trierer Strasse 4 and Trierer Strasse 6. The place is a nice combination of a historic and a modern building. We offer different apartment types, ranging from one-bedroom apartments up to four-bedroom apartments. Our location is in a beautiful surroundings, only a few minutes’ walk away from the University and the Central Market place of Weimar. Trierer Strasse 4 & 6 is a lovely and convenient place to study and to live in!

On our spacious property at Trierer Strasse 4 & Trierer Strasse 6 in Weimar you will find 42 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to 4-bedroom apartments, offering different sizes. The rooms and apartments are either in the well renovated old historic building or in the new building.

We offer for instance a single bedroom apartment of approximately 20 to 28 m² (including all utility costs such as electricity, water etc.) at prices starting from 300.00 € per month.

We also have 2-, 3- or 4-bedroom apartments, all of which are suitable as shared flats. The size of the rooms ranges from around 11 to 25 m² at monthly rents starting from 250.00 € per room, including utility costs such as electricity and water and all further additional costs.

All apartments offer their own small kitchen, they are equipped either with wooden or laminate floors and include modern bathrooms with showers. Some apartments additionally have balconies.

Furthermore the property includes a garden that can be used by all residents to rest or for sporting activities. A covered parking area for bicycles is available.

Additionally the basement of the property offers rooms that can be used for workshops or by musicians for their training sessions.

Rent

The monthly rent is all-inclusive and contains:

Rental charge + Consumption of electricity, water, heating + any further additional costs

Please note: The tenant will not receive a detailed invoice concerning any additional costs (German “Nebenkostenabrechnung”).
